Returns

  1. The buyer notifies Laitovo Screens company that they want to initiate a return.

  2. The reason for the return is specified.

  3. The customer sends back the curtains they ordered from Laitovo Screens company.

    • The curtains must not be damaged.
    • The attachments must not be damaged.
    • The original packaging and installation instructions must be included.
    • The curtains must not be used.
    • Returns of used or damaged curtains due to incorrect installation or any other reasons are not allowed.
  4. Upon receiving the returned goods, they will be inspected, and if all return conditions are met, a refund will be issued.

  5. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs in all cases except for cases where Laitovo Screens made an error with the curtain model.

    • The received item doesn't fit in size (the customer ordered correctly, but Laitovo Screens made a mistake). Free of charge for the customer.
    • The received item doesn't fit in size, and the customer made a mistake in choosing the model (Shipping costs are paid by the customer).
    • The customer is dissatisfied with the appearance, and according to the customer, the review is difficult. (Shipping costs are paid by the customer).
    • The customer doesn't like how it looks. (Shipping costs are paid by the customer).
    • The customer doesn't want to use the curtains for any reason - the return is at the customer's expense, subject to all return conditions being met.
